When is a turtle a mouse? When it’s a turtle mouse pad, of course. And here are simple instructions so you can make your very own.
All You Need:
1 sheet of light green foam
1 sheets of dark green foam
Glue
Scissors
Pen
Googly eyes
Brown acrylic paint or felt marker
To make the body of your turtle, trace the outline of a large plate or bowl (we used the cover of a pot) on the sheet of dark green foam, then cut it out.
On the sheet of light green foam, trace and cut out the shape of a head, a tail, two long front legs and two shorter back legs.
Glue googly eyes into place on the head shape and add two nostrils with the tip of a black felt marker.
Glue tail and four legs into place.
With brown acrylic paint or felt tip marker, draw scales on the turtle’s back.
